TCEQ cancels public meeting due to ongoing threats, KXII. June 11, 2025

Representative Shelley Luther shared the following update on social media:

“I’m sorry to inform you that TCEQ has advised us that the public meeting we requested for North Texas Natural Select Materials, has been canceled due to an ongoing and credible threat against their employees. DPS has confirmed and suggested cancellation. Please see the letter below.
